Optimization of water management
In Texas, depending on the location, the temperature ranges from very cold to very hot. Every drop of water counts in summer, while in winter we want to avoid freezing and equipment breakdown. With this in mind, one municipality approached Granby Composites about using a fiberglass water tank for its water play parks.
Fiberglass Tank Type
Our engineering team proposed a 3,500 US gallon fiberglass underground water tank, specially designed to accommodate their filtration equipment.
The Challenge
Although all our tanks are customized, the adaptation of this one was special. In fact, 8 different inlets and outlets had to be installed, each with a precise positioning that had to be respected to enable connection.
